We offer flexible leases from 3-month ongoing agreements to longer agreements of 12, 24, 36 or 48 months.
Yes. With 78 office spaces and a large coworking zone, it is possible to scale up or down within the same building, as long as there is capacity that matches the need.
If we have a vacant office that suits your needs, you can normally move in within a few days.
Yes. All office spaces are fully furnished. You can customize with your own furniture, branding and colors, as long as the tenant covers the return of the furniture upon move-out.
