It is also possible to expand capacity or rent additional floors if needed.
We offer flexible leases from 3-month ongoing agreements to longer agreements of 12, 24, 36 or 48 months.
Yes. Rebel has 78 office spaces with capacities from 2 to 72 workplaces, in addition to a large coworking zone. This makes it possible to scale up or down within the same building.
Yes. All office spaces on Rebel are fully furnished. You can also customize the office with your own furniture, branding and colors, as long as the tenant covers the return shipping costs upon move-out.
If we have a vacant office that suits your needs, you can normally move in within a few days.
Yes. As a tenant, you have access to several large common areas, including Rebel Hangout, reception area with coffee shop, Rebel Expo, Glassgården and social zones on the floors.
