Here you will find answers to the most common questions about location, office space, meeting rooms, facilities and events.
Rebel located in Universitetsgata 2 at St. Olavs plass in central Oslo, about a five-minute walk from Karl Johans gate. Trams stop at Tullinløkka, and it is a short distance to both the Stortinget and the National Theatre by metro, train and Flytog.
The office rent includes what you need for an efficient workday: furnished office with a height-adjustable desk, ergonomic chair, whiteboard, storage, WiFi, electricity, cleaning, coffee and tea, as well as electronic access control to your exclusive areas.
Private Office also has furnished private meeting and multi-purpose rooms.
Rebel offers office space in various sizes.
Studio offices are suitable for 2–16 workplaces, Private Office can accommodate up to 20, 52 or 72 workplaces depending on size, and the coworking zone has 44 flexible workplaces.
We offer flexible leases from 3-month ongoing agreements to longer agreements of 12, 24, 36 or 48 months.
Yes. With 78 office spaces and a large coworking zone, it is possible to scale up or down within the same building, as long as we have capacity that matches your needs.
Yes. All office spaces on Rebel are fully furnished. You can also customize the office with your own furniture, branding and colors, as long as the tenant covers the return shipping costs upon move-out.
If we have a vacant office that suits your needs, you can normally move in within a few days.
Yes. Rebel has indoor bicycle parking with space for over 200 bicycles, including charging for electric bicycles. There are also shared changing rooms with showers downstairs.
Rebel offers facilities with capacity for up to 350 people in one room, and in parallel sessions up to 800 participants in total.
Rebel Expo takes up to 350 people, SKRAA up to 200 seated guests, Rebel Hangout for up to 345 people spread over two floors, and Rebel Roof up to 120 people in the summer months.
The price depends on the room size, technical needs and duration. We offer breakfast, half and full day packages, but it is also possible to rent without a package.
Prices are dynamic, and we are happy to tailor a solution to suit your budget — especially for events on Mondays and Fridays.
Yes. On Rebel You will find 16 unique meeting rooms that can be booked even without a permanent office in the building. The rooms accommodate 2–22 people and are equipped with state-of-the-art technology.
The price is simple and predictable: 100 NOK per chair hour. Coffee and tea are included.
Yes. All catering is provided by our in-house catering agency, The Food Hub. They offer everything from breakfast and lunch to larger dinners and customized menus for allergies, vegan, vegetarian and gluten-free needs.
Bringing food and drinks is not allowed.
Standard rental includes AV equipment, screens, microphones, speakers and fast wireless guest network. Rebel is a technology house with market-leading equipment, and we also offer streaming and hybrid solutions when needed.
Rebel located in Universitetsgata 2, right by St. Olavs plass in central Oslo — a few minutes' walk from Karl Johans gate and Nationaltheatret station by train, Flytog and metro. Tram lines 17, 18 and 19 stop nearby.
