Large meeting rooms at Rebel Oslo
Ada
Named after our heroine in chief, Ada Lovelace, this room celebrates her pioneering work in programming. The interior reflects 19th-century elegance.
Emmett
A tribute to Dr. Emmett Brown himself from Back to the Future. A meeting room that inspires you to think four-dimensionally and beyond the earth.
Kim
This space honors LGBT icon Kim Friele, with a colorful rainbow wall. Rebel is a place for everyone, and true rebels fight for justice and equality.
javaBin
Dedicated to Norway's largest and most rebellious IT community. With a history of volunteering and big events like JavaZone, the space celebrates uncompromising knowledge sharing.
Dorothy
The fossil age is taking its toll on our planet. Someone realized this before everyone else. The room honors environmental activist and Greenpeace founder Dorothy Stowe.
Nikola
The man who invented the 20th century. The guardian angel of modern electricity. The wizard of the West. This room honors the electricity rebel Nikola Tesla.
Matt
Step into a TARDIS and end up in a conference room that looks much bigger on the inside than it does from the outside. Matt is a tribute to the Doctor Who universe, and Matt Smith in particular.

Smaller meeting rooms at Rebel Oslo
Hedy
Hedy Lamarr - Hollywood icon and co-inventor of the communication system that helped the Allies win World War II and evolved into today's WiFi.
Ziggy
The youth room you always dreamed of! Rebel's rockingest meeting room has Cerwin Vega speakers and is of course a tribute to David Bowie's alter ego, Ziggy Stardust.
Magnus
Of course, we pay tribute to the Mozart of chess with a meeting room where you can challenge your colleagues to a game on the large wall-mounted chess set. Zugzwang!
James
A tribute to Dr. Java himself, James Gosling. A hero in coding circles. We love James and honestly think that Ryan is a bit overrated!
Simula
The Norwegian-developed programming language Simula is more important than the spray can, the paper clip and the cheese grater combined. Simula laid the foundation for both Java and C++.
Alan
Universal genius Alan Turing was the father of both the modern computer and artificial intelligence. A meeting room with dizzying floor-to-ceiling Turing patterns.
Tandberg
Furnished with both Huldra and TP41. We highlight Tandberg's history as inspiration for today's rebels who will create new, Norwegian techno adventures!
Teach your kids coding!
Since 2013, the non-profit movement "Lær kidsa koding!" (Teach the kids coding!) has diligently worked to teach children all over the country IT and programming. The future tech heroes are in good hands.
Lewis
A secret library! True rebels cultivate the child within and love new adventures. An intimate and adventurous little meeting room, without a screen, with the scent of old books.
