Other costs and additional services are additional, including, for example, extra staffing, rigging, catering, security, furnishing and other special deliveries.

The offer applies to requests received by Rebel Arena by the end of May 31, 2026 .
The offer does not apply retroactively to bookings established before the start of the campaign, unless otherwise agreed in writing.
The event must be held no later than September 30, 2026 to be included in the campaign.
Moving an event to another venue is only permitted if the new event date is no later than September 30, 2026, and there is available capacity in the desired venue.
If the customer already has an existing discount or price agreement, the promotion applies as the customer's best available discount, limited to 50% of the regular market price of premises rental.
For example, if the customer has an existing discount of 20%, this booking will instead be priced at 50% of the current market price for venue rental.
The offer is valid subject to availability.
Rebel Arena reserves the right to refuse requests, including if the desired date, venue or event cannot be carried out within available capacity, operations or other frameworks.
Rebel Arena reserves the right to end the campaign earlier or limit the campaign at full capacity.
By ordinary market price is meant Rebel Arena's current regular price for the venue and event in question at the time of booking or offer.
All bookings are otherwise subject Rebel Arena's ordinary terms of agreement, payment and cancellation, unless otherwise agreed in writing.
Consulting
The offer also includes 1 hour of consulting prior to the event related to, for example, concept, content and implementation.
The advice is provided by Rebel Arena and possibly by one or more of our partners, including Sufflør and Gigger.
The time for consultation must be arranged directly with Rebel Arena at least 14 days in advance.
Rebel Arena suggests dates and times for the counseling based on available capacity.
In case of high demand, reserve Rebel Arena reserves the right to bring together multiple clients in joint counseling sessions.
Bath duck
One (1) piece Rebel -bathing duck is included in the offer per confirmed event.
The second will be handed out on the day of the event.
